My mum, Jean James, and my younger sister, Sarah James, both died of ovarian cancer in 2005. I want to celebrate their grace, beauty and generosity by doing what I can to help end the disease, and until that happens to support those who are experiencing it directly or through those they love. These women, and others, made me. I and my family could ill spare them, but we pay tribute to their memories.
